Shipping is based on the following for the Contiguous United States only:
- Processing time is 1-2 business days.
- First Class delivery times range from 1-5 days
- Priority Mail delivery times range from 1-4 days.
- Flat-rate shipping is $6.99, or get free shipping on orders over $99!

 

Shipping to Canada
- Orders that are shipping to Canada do not include brokerage fees, customs charges, duties, dock fees, or any other charges and fees. Painted Palomino Boutique is not responsible for these fees once the package has been accepted into your country; Canadian customers are responsible in full for all such fees and charges. All returns, replacement orders, or orders sent in multiple shipments are subject to the same policy. We will do our best to keep shipping charges low for our Canadian customers. We will only be shipping with USPS International for now.

 

Online Return Policy

All returns can be processed for store credit or full refunds.

Please read the following directions carefully:
Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back.
- Please email sales@paintedpalomino.com before returning your item, and we will send you a return slip to include in your package, and give you the return address.

- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If there is any damage, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item; please email sales@paintedpalomino.com.
- Items must be in original condition -meaning no hair, no fur, no stains, no perfume or scents, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. If PP tag is removed, we cannot accept the item for return.
- If the item is postmarked after the 14 days of receipt, we cannot accept the item for return, and will contact you to pay for return shipping to send it back to you. 
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable. 


In-Store Return Policy

- Clothing items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund and within 30 days for an exchange (inventory permitted) or store credit.

- Items must be returned with original receipt. If original receipt is not available, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount.

- Items must be in original condition -meaning no hair, no fur, no stains, no perfume or scents, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. If Painted Palomino tag is removed, we cannot accept the item for return.

- Items with FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE in the name are not eligible for return or exchange. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, bralettes, panties, etc.), beauty, home goods, paper goods, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

All Sales Final

Items with FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE in the name are not eligible for return or exchange. All other items purchased on sale at paintedpalomino.com may be exchanged (depending on inventory) for the correct size or returned for store credit to be used on paintedpalomino.com. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, bralettes, panties, etc.), beauty, home goods, paper goods, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure your address is correct! You can contact us at sales@paintedpalomino.com if you need to correct anything on your order. We are not responsible for packages that are shown as delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.
